leanest: run only the e2e tests your PR can affect, with Laya as a judge

leanest diffs a PR against main, asks one semantic judgment per spec and runs only the tests it cannot rule out. Andrea Bruno added Laya and classifier.dev as backends next to Jev.

Model-agnostic: classifier.dev by default, or swap in Jev or a self-hosted Laya. Fails open.
